High yields of medium to large fruit with an excellent flavour. The fruit tends to ripen over a long period from early August. A vigorous, slightly spreading habit with a graceful appearance.
Legacy flowers quite early in the Spring, so may not be suitable for cold areas that are prone to late frosts. In a mild winter Legacy is a semi-evergreen and will retain the old leaves, whereas if the weather is very cold the leaves will turn orange in autumn before falling.
