Small, fragrant single flowers, pale pink with darker pink veins fading to white at the petal edges, with a bright centre of golden anthers. Small, dark green leaves and an upright, dense, growth habit. Makes an excellent container plant, reaching about 1.5m (5ft) after 10 years. Flowers between November and January, so often in flower at Christmas. Autumn-flowering camellias in general need a warm, sheltered position with plenty of sun during the summer months in order to form the flower buds, but this is particularly true of Yuletide.
