Camellia williamsii hybrid Senorita
Camellia williamsii hybrid Senorita

A williamsii hybrid raised by Les Jury in New Zealand and introduced in 1975. The rose-pink flowers have wavy petals, supposedly reminiscent of a flamenco dancer's skirt (and perhaps the inspiration for the name?). Very free flowering in March and April. The habit is bushy and upright, with vigorous growth, forming a tall wide bush.
