Charming, fragrant, white, star-like flowers which are borne in profusion in March and April before the leaves appear. Slow growing, forming a compact, rounded shrub which is rarely more than 3m in height and eventually with a similar spread. Over winter the twiggy stems are bare, displaying the hairy, grey flower buds ready to open in spring. Originated in Japan.

Available in a 3 litre pot, height approx 90cm
